The Journey

The Journey is cutting-edge transformation and healing work pioneered by internationally acclaimed, best-selling author, speaker and mind-body-healing expert Brandon Bays. It is a simple yet powerful step-by-step process to overcome a wide variety of challenges from physical ailments to emotional trauma or shut down, in relationship problems and career performance issues. The work will awake your true potential and radically liberate you.

Do you feel…?

  • Weighed down by fear, anxiety or stress caused by work, family or health
  • Afflicted by a stubborn mental or physical health problem
  • Paralyzed by persistent depression, de-motivation, fatigue or weakness
  • Frozen by inaction, procrastination or indecision, even when it matters most
  • Passionate about discovering your life’s purpose, your true potential

How does it work?

During a Journey Process you peel down emotional layers to be guided back to you deepest being, your true potential. Deepak Chopra (an Indian-American author, public speaker and physician) has written about the concept of ‘quantum healing’; a theory that trauma and suppressed negative emotions are often stored in our cells as ‘phantom memories’. These cellular memories act subtly over long periods of time and influence our behaviour and health and change the program or DNA of our cells. Eventually they can cause disease & illness many years after they have first been put in place. A Journey process can point people in the direction to help them uncover the issues they have stored deep inside and offer tools to let go. The body wisdom knows how to handle the rest. This is a joyful and healing experience.

A Journey Practitioner acts as a guide and non-judgmental observer during a Healing Journey to allow you to connect with your own inner truth. The Journey works deep on soul and cell level and provides you with a deep realization, healing and more peace and stillness.

“We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.”

~T.S. Elliot~

    Hey Jacinta,

I would be interested in talking to you about some journey work. I have persistent anxiety problems that flaires up from time to time.

Have had a recent bad patch that has required me to go off work for some time. Keen to try some alternative methods rather than medications that always produce bad side effects.
