Introduction to Meditation Course
Almost all of the wonderful moments in our lives are being experienced if our attention is fully focused in this moment, NOW. The time seems to stand still for a moment. This is exactly what we are doing if we are meditating. Meditation is known for its positive effects when stressed. If you meditate regularly, you will become more equipped to deal with stressful events and it is easier to relax. This relaxation is accompanied by feelings of inner peace, joy and contentment.
