“Meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet. It is a way of entering into the quiet that is already there – buried under the 50,000 thoughts the average person thinks every day.”

~Deepak Chopra~

Introduction to Meditation Course

Almost all of the wonderful moments in our lives are being experienced if our attention is fully focused in this moment, NOW. The time seems to stand still for a moment. This is exactly what we are doing if we are meditating. Meditation is known for its positive effects when stressed. If you meditate regularly, you will become more equipped to deal with stressful events and it is easier to relax. This relaxation is accompanied by feelings of inner peace, joy and contentment.

Yoga Love is also available for one-on-one meditation sessions or corporate meditation classes.
