Note to self

It’s okay to be sad for no reason,

It’s okay to laugh out loud for no particular reason,

It’s okay to smile without knowing why,

It’s okay to feel frustration again,

It’s okay to feel anger passing by,

It’s okay to be still,

It’s okay to scream your lungs out for no clear reason,

It’s okay to have fun being all by yourself,

It’s okay to feel like a little child waiting to be embraced,

It’s okay to feel shit now and then,

It’s okay to dance your way,

It’s okay to express how YOU feel,

It’s okay to feel hurt while trying to run,

It’s okay to love your little right toe,

It’s okay to kiss your own mirror reflection,

It’s SO okay to be crazy,

It’s okay to BE YOU.
